Our attitude to life does not depend on other people: only we can deal with it. And view on life is mostly determined by the things you consider most important. Many 50-year old women look excellently now and have wonderful health. Obviously, a 21st century woman has enough possibilities to influence length and quality of her life, and it depends both on active way of living and more conscious attitude to nutrition. Very often, we’re extremely careless with our legs. But summer trips and hypostases force us to take care of them regular. Let’s start from simple gymnastics: legs up! Legs are great “workaholics”. They “work” every day, since morning till night, bearing the whole body weight. As gratitude, they require elementary attention: everyday care and good shoes.
Measure of care for legs is proportionate to our common state of health: all internal is thrown on feet. Cardiovascular diseases or diseases of kidneys can be a reason of regular feet hypostases. A man spends approximately one third of his life sleeping. And two thirds of wake depend on quality of sleep. In conditions of modern life good and long sleep is a rare gift. Healthy blissful sleep is a problem for many people. Those women, who work, manage a household and upbring children, and also read and watch TV shows, have no time to sleep their fill. Besides, we suffer from insomnia because of overstrain and excessive tension of nervous system, and that brief sleep we have, is not calm and does not contribute to recovery before a new day. (more…)
