The popularity of this diet that promises a loss of entire 8 kilos in two weeks, can be explained, firstly, by psychological causes. You will have to last only 13 days. An idea that the result will remain a minimum of 2-3 years sounds especially tempting.

Day 4

* Lunch: 1 raw egg, 3 large carrots with vegetable oil, 20 grams cheese.
* Supper: fruits.
Day 5
* Breakfast: carrot, filled with lemon juice.
* Lunch: fried or boiled fish, a glass of tomato juice or fresh large tomato.
* Supper: fruits.
Day 6
* Breakfast: coffee without sugar.
* Lunch: half boiled chicken, salad of fresh cabbage and carrot.
* Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, salad of grated carrot with vegetable oil.
Day 7
* Breakfast: green tea.
* Lunch: 200 grams boiled beef, fruits.
* Dinner: any version of previous dinners, except for the 3rd day of Japanese diet.
Drinking schedule
Mineral water (preferably without gas) without any restrictions. Coffee - only natural, tea - green.
Under strict prohibition
Salt, sugar, alcohol.
Contra-indications
The diet is categorically prohibited to those who have cardiovascular diseases, and / or high blood pressure.
