Take 2 table spoons crushed leaves of bean trefoil, grasses of wormwood ordinary, 4 table spoons caraway seeds and calamus root, and also crushed valeriana roots.

Recipe № 21
Herbs applied at wind (swelling of intestines because of accumulation of gases in superfluous quantity).

1. Wild camomile. Prepare broth from calculation 1 table spoon flowers on 1 glass water. Take 1/2-1/3 glass 2-3 times a day after meal.

2. Caraway seed fruits. Prepare infusion from calculation 10 g fruits (1 table spoon) on 1 glass water. Take 1/2- 1/3 glass 2-3 times a day

3. Fennel ordinary. Prepare infusion from calculation 5 g fruits (1table spoon on 1 glass water). Take warm 1/2 glass 3-4 times a day.

4. Peppermint. For infusion preparation take 5 g mint leaflets (1/2 table spoon) on 1 glass water. Take warm 1/2 glass 2-3 times a day 15 minutes prior to meal.

5. Against wind: a mix of equal parts of fennel fruits, peppermint leaves, valeriana roots. Pour two teaspoons of crushed raw materials with boiled water glass, brew for 20 minutes, filter. Drink warm 1/2-1 glass in the morning and in the evening.

Recipe № 22
At a combination of superfluous body weight to an initial stage of diabetes they use Arfazetin mixture.

Structure: bilberry - 20 %; shutters of string bean fruits - 20 %; Manchurian aralia root - 15 %; hips - 15 %; John’s-wood  - 10 %; camomile flowers - 10 %; horsetail grasses - 10 %. Way of application: 10 g raw materials - place 2 table spoons of mixture in enameled ware, fill in with 400 ml hot boiled water, heat up in boiling water (water bath) for 15 minutes.

Cool at a room temperature for no less than 45 minutes, filter. Squeeze out remained raw materials. Lead up volume of received infusion to 400 ml. Take infusion inside 30 minutes prior to meal, 2-3 times a day within 20-30 days, better warm, 1/3-1/2 glass. In 10-15 days repeat course of treatment. Arrange 3-4 courses during a year.

Recipe № 23
For appetite reduction use corn snouts infusion, 1 table spoon 4 times a day before meal.
