Why, for example, one of these substances are formed in organism by themselves, and others can get in only from the outside? Why without them metabolism is broken, and at their surplus it is broken even more? Why natural vitamins are useful and synthetic are harmful?

These questions still have no unambiguous answers. But it is known, where exactly each of the vitamins contained in food, carries out its role. Let’s examine them.

A — raises resistibility to diseases of respiratory organs, reduces duration of disease, keeps skin, bones, hair, teeth and gums healthy.

Treats spots, abscesses, ulcers.

Contained: cod-liver oil, liver, carrot, green and yellow vegetables, eggs, dairy products, yellow fruit.

В1 — “Vitamin of vivacity of spirit”, normalises work of nerves, muscles, heart, reduces toothache, helps while body-rocking, improves digestion of carbohydrates.

Contained: dry yeast, integral wheat, porridge, peanut, pork, bran, vegetables, milk.

В2 — Promotes growth and reproduction, keeps skin, hair, nails healthy, improves sight.

Contained: milk, liver, kidneys, yeast, cheese, greens, fish, eggs.

В6 — Prevents nervous and skin illnesses, interferes with ageing, operates as natural diuretic.

Contained: beer yeast, bran, liver, kidneys, heart, melon, cabbage, milk, eggs.

В12 — Participates in hematogenesis, increases energy, supports nervous system, improves children’s appetite and promotes growth.

Contained: liver, beef, pork, eggs, milk, cheese, kidneys.

В13 — prevents ageing, helps with sclerosis treatment.

Contained: root crops, whey, sour milk.

C — heals wounds and burns, reduces cholesterol level, protects from many viruses and bacteria, reduces blood clot organization, increases life expectancy, reduces influence of allergens.

Contained: citrus, berries, green vegetables and greens, cauliflower, tomatoes, potato.

D — helps calcium and phosphorus strengthening bones and teeth, protects from cold, treats conjunctivitis, promotes vitamin A assimilation.

Contained: cod-liver oil, sardines, herring, salmon, tuna, dairy products, sunlight.

Е — slows down cells ageing, increases endurance, protects lungs from pollution, dissolves blood clots, reduces fatigue, heals burns, lowers pressure, keeps pregnancy.

Contained: wheat sprouts, soya, broccoli and Brussels sprout, vegetable oil, greens, integral cereals, eggs.

F — prevents increase of level of cholesterol, provides health of skin and hair, improves state of health, protects heart, helps to reduce weight.

Synthetic vitamins are dangerous, and possibly, even harmful, as they differ with their spatial structure (isomery) from natural ones.

В12 — In big doses can break functions of liver and kidneys. DR — 2–5 mkg.

C — allergic displays, diarrhoeia. DR — 50–100 mg.

D — headache, irritability, weariness, diarrhoeia, appetite loss. DR — 2,5–10 mkg.

Е — is not recommended to people with blood diseases. DR — 8–15 mg..

Wrong reception of synthetic vitamins can cause the process of lithiasis in kidneys. The reason is that each person carries about 500 species of microorganisms in himself — both useful, and harmful. When harmful microbes suddenly start breeding in urinogenital system, salts contained in urine start battling with them. They will neutralise microbes, transforming them into crystals. And then those are simply deduced from organism with urine.

Polyvitamins — are same salts, they also attack microbes, but not only them, but also inflamed or damaged cells of our organism. However, they cannot be deduced — thus a crystallisation centre from which a stone grows is formed in a kidney.
