A research centre interviewed 1000 men. 46 % interrogated consider that mind is necessary for a woman, but she should be able to hide it not to offend a partner.

Appearance is also important for an ideal woman. 38 % of men are assured that a woman should be attractive. And feminity is important only for 12 % of interrogated men.

As for character traits, kindness and ability to love are important for a woman. 20 % and 17 % of respondents accordingly named these qualities. And only 9 % of men expect honesty and patience from their companions.

Other qualities men wish to see in ladies - wisdom, taste and grace, health, absence of bad habits, diligence, sense of humour, mildness, accuracy, cleanliness and even reticence.
