American scientists’ researches have shown that daily consumption of fruit juice can increase risk of diabetes development in women.

Women who drink one or several glasses of juice a day, have 18 % higher probability of diabetes development. And those who eat similar quantity of fresh fruits or vegetables, have much lower probability of this disease development.

However, at the same time researches have not proved, that it is only fruit juice that causes diabetes. Therefore, scientists advise not to refuse absolutely from juice consumption, and just limit it. And instead eat more fresh fruits.
