uluchshit_180907_b.jpgMany our problems result from our mind. They are not a result of some events, failures or other people’s actions. They appear due to our bad mental habits.

Get free from these 10 forms of behavior and you will also get free from many problems caused by each of them at once:

1.    Do not make hasty conclusions. This habit can complicate life in two ways. Firstly, we suppose we know what can happen, so we cut off our attention and start acting basing on this supposition. People are worthless prophets. Most of their suppositions are false, and their actions also become incorrect. Other side of this habit – is the fact that we have too high opinion of ourselves thinking we can read other people’s thoughts and actions. False again, it is an utter fallacy. It is this nonsense that destroys relationships like no other.

2.    Do not dramatize. Many people push deathful disasters from small failures, and react correspondingly. A habit of to making a mountain out of a molehill causes anxiety, which is either absent, or so small that you should not even worry. Why they act this way? Who knows? Maybe, to look and feel more important. Anyway, this is as stupid, as pernicious.

3.    Do not invent rules. Huge part of all these “ I need” and “I have to” is probably useless. Everything they give you is nervousness and sense of guilt. Why? Following these imaginary rules, you stuff your head with useless obstacles and infantile orders. And when you try to extend these rules on others, then you turn into a terrifying tedious grumbler or opinionated fanatic.

4.    Avoid stereotypes and labels. Words you use can expose you. Language of negative and criticism causes same thinking. Trying to squeeze things into certain categories, you stop seeing their real meaning, this way limiting your thinking to absolute otioseness. Look what is there. Do not stick labels. You will be surprised at what you will see.

5.    Do not become a perfectionist. Life is not only “black or white” or “all or nothing”. In most cases “enough” means enough. If you search for ideal work, most likely, you will never find it. With all that going on all other jobs will seem worse to you, than they are in fact. If you search for ideal relationships, you will probably spend your whole life lonely. Perfectionism is a mental disease that won’t allow you enjoying, but will always send you for searches of impossible things.

6.    Do not generalize. One-two failures are not a sign of constant depression. And casual triumph does not turn you into genius. Single instance – good or bad – or even two or three instances are not always a sign of lingering tendency. As a rule, things are what they are, nothing more.

7.    Do not to take everything to heart. Most people, even your friends and colleagues, do not speak, think or care about you for 99% their time. People from your organization, our living in the neighborhood, probably did not even hear of you. And, in fact, do not want to hear. Other people’s lives’ ups and downs, warmth and indifference have no bearing on you. If they pretend to be interested, this will only make you feel unhappier that you need.

8.    Do not trust emotions. Things you feel are not always a sign of what is going on in fact. Just because you feel this, does not mean this is true. Sometimes tiredness, hunger, irritation or just flu can serve as a source of emotions. Future will not change, regardless of how you feel – good or bad. Feelings can be true, but they are not truth.

9.    Do not yield to apathy. Train to be an optimist. If you expect bad things in life and work, you will find them. Negative mood is the same as see the world through ill-wresting, dirty glasses. You will notice only minuses, not paying attention to all the rest. This is just striking, how you can see non-existent things, you just only should start searching. And, surely, if you start searching for positive things, you will find them too.

10.    Do not live by past. This recommendation is most important of all: forget and live further. People sticking to past offences and problems cause most of all anger, disappointment, misfortune and despair in this world. The longer you scroll them in your mind, the bigger they will seem to you, and the worse you will feel. Do not struggle with misfortune. Forget and live further. Do it, and this way you will deprive it of a power to hurt you.
