Sticking to certain schemes of nutrition is often difficult. However, do not hurry to give up for lost on your figure. Observation of the most important rules of nutrition can become the first step towards your slenderness. Sticking to them, you will stop gaining weight, and this is already a big achievement.
Reduce consumption of fats. You know, it is fat that leads to weight gain. Each fatty cell can grow almost 10 times, and your body too. If it is a problem for you buying fresh pine-apples every day, then canned ones are quite ok.
If you cannot buy them, you can buy apples, pears, plums. Vegetable salad will help satisfying hunger while watching TV. Plane cabbage, carrot small, cut radish, cucumbers, and tomatoes in cubicles, season everything with olive oil and enjoy. On no account drink tea or coffee. You should better replace them by usual water or fresh juice. Chips, nuts and aerated drinks are strictly prohibited.
Another way to avoid overweight in front of TV – is coming to love commercial. To be more exact, it is better not clicking TV control panel during a commercial, but doing a light gymnastics. Do several exercises to strengthen your press, several leans, energetic sway arms. In the beginning it will be difficult for you, but in a week already this will become your habit, which will help you not only avoiding overweight, but also keeping your health. You know, according to scientists’ conclusions, while everyday three-hour TV watching back muscles atrophy. This causes droop, pains in backbone, indisposition and quick fatiguability. All this leads not only to adiposity, but also appearance of other unpleasant diseases, for example, diabetes. Only reduction of TV watching can help you coping with the problem.
