Constant static load on same muscles and uncomfortable hand position while work with mouse or keyboard leads to this disease. It is easier to prevent this trouble, so you should spend some time and search for an appropriate mouse with rubber roller for hand. Such devices are more comfortable for hand and help reducing the load. This disease is cured with folk remedies or anti-joint pain medicines, but if you feel the pain for more than 1 week, you should visit neuropathologist.
Back and joint pains, caused by static position, can bring more unpleasant disease. Sitting position causes back deformation and, therefore, unnatural load on bones, joints, vertebral disks, muscles, cords and sinews. As a result of long sitting, back is motionless for a long time, and vertebral column cannot already return its natural S-shape. Droop causes pressure on spinal cord, and as a result you have back pain.
Various forms of work will help you avoiding overstrain. Pay much attention to your office chair. Working chair should be designed for multi-functional work and should not hinder body from motions, at the same time providing good support, especially for lower part of back. Compact multi-functional models are best chairs for employees, spending much time at the PC. Elbow-rest should be ideally designed for work with a mouse. Natural upholstery is welcomed. By the way, sitting with straight back is not a comfortable or recommended position, as you cannot avoid discomfort and tiredness while static position.
Distance between monitor and eyes should be at least 50-70 cm and durability of work with PC is varied with age.

Of course, correct working place organization and individual approach will do a credit for every boss. Officials should receive pleasure from work. So, a good boss allows his official planning his working place by himself. This gives a chance of working more efficiently, creatively, feeling free, happy and healthy.
