However, no one told they are absolutely safe for your health. You know, there is still E-field radiation, not very high, but it still presents. This means you need to switch off your PC from time to time. You should better do it once in an hour for 10-15 minutes.

People use handheld computers more an more often now. They are very comfortable, but not safe. Yes, electromagnetic field is not high. Nevertheless, you should not lean mini-computer against yourself too close. The distance should be at least 25-30 cm. Women should hold them on a level of diaphragm, not lower.

There is another very important nuance – sight. Small monitor makes one bending eyes. They are exposed to even bigger load, if you use a handheld computer in traffic.

Well, here is a conclusion: either you let technical novelties push yourself around and stand out among your friends, or you refuse from such things and take care of your health.
