It turns out fresh winter air, lack of sunshine and vitamins are not the best way to affect the body. We feel this stress every winter. Folk medicine recipes will help you coping with winter beriberi, and stay beautiful and young.
In principle, skin of any urban woman is exposed to stress during a year. Poor environment, bad nutrition and habits, nervous rhythm of life, stay in areas with dry air - all this is reflected in our beauty and literally “written” in our face. In winter, this “set” is complemented by cold, wind and extreme temperatures between the street and house, and, of course, lack of vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
The main winter problem - lack of moisture and nutrients. It affects skin condition not only at the moment, but also in future. Natural water-lipid mantle protects skin, and its damage leads to the fact skin is suffering particularly badly in winter.
When going outside, face skin sometimes has to adapt to changing temperatures of 40 degrees. With a large temperature difference between skin and air, skin first gives off heat and water from upper layers actively, and then the intensity of energy decreases, narrowing skin vessels, moisture goes into deeper layers, metabolism slows down and cell nutrition is deteriorating. There happens abrupt skin dehydration and change in vascular tone. Many small and superficially located vessels can not withstand such practice and become visually apparent, there is capillary mesh - couperose. Strong wind as if “knocks” off water molecule from skin, and it causes an additional evaporation.
Air-conditioners finish the attack, accelerating skin drying. Skin becomes pale, weak, dry, and then you see peeling or irritation. Micro-organisms can activate on its surface, which normally are constrained by local immune defense. In addition, our body suffers from winter avitaminosis, lack of essential fatty acids, possible symptoms of vegetative-vascular dystonia. Taken together, these factors weaken health and, in particular, skin strength. That is why the main objective of winter skin procedures is a good skin adaptation to winter cold, intense regeneration, skin saturation with vitamins and nutrients, as well as fight with free radicals and skin immunity improvement. Secrets of traditional medicine will tell you about natural remedies that can be used in winter, while absence of autumn-summer abundance of vegetables and fruits.
